Buying your first home is one of the biggest ventures in most investor’s lives.
Meet Ashley, skilled sailor, and now, with some thanks to TMFG, skilled investor, and home owner.
Ashley’s first investment was a car, a sensible car; a car she acquired with the help of a personal loan. She paid off her loan with earnings from her part-time job in a pathology lab while she was studying nursing, and she held onto that first car for a long time.
Ashley intends to do the same with her recently acquired Williamstown apartment. Despite Ashley’s short-term goals to travel and eventually invest in a larger property with her partner, purchasing her first home in Williamstown – where she holds an emotional and lifestyle connection – was a deliberate move.
At 32, Williamstown local, Ashley, has spent the past decade studying and working in mental health. A psychiatric nurse, she is no stranger to the importance work/life balance. While she works hard, she also plays and chills just as hard.
Settling in the west has been a sensible choice for both career and lifestyle – her work is only a short drive from Williamstown, and her play is on the ocean. Ashley’s been sailing since she was a kid, and it’s in her blood, so Williamstown was the obvious choice for her to throw down the first large investment anchor.
Ashley found TMFG in online publication, HashChing, where she read an article about Director, Belinda. Resonating with Belinda’s passions and knowledge, Ashley got in contact right away and the two tacked through her options.
