With a highly proficient customer service and admin skill set, Emily comes to us from a retail and banking background. Excellent communication, strong IT skills and confidence in handling documentation elevates her role at TMFG and is key to supporting the team’s ability to process loans efficiently and seamlessly.
A shapeshifter of sorts, Emily’s required to be across everything within our tight team, co-piloting loan applications toward the finish line for our Mortgage Brokers and Client Services Officers.
From assessment to settlement, Emily helps guide customers through the mortgage process and, with a direct line to our senior loan advisors, is able to assist with enquiries at any stage of the process.

Administrative Assistant, Wendy Campbell
Wendy is an integral cog in the workings at TM Finance Group. As administrative assistant Wendy ensures all of our outgoing documents are compliant and that everything streaming through TM Finance Group is ship-shape. Aside from dotting the ‘I’s and crossing the ‘T’s, Wendy also manages our accounting and other daily administrative tasks.
