Melinda & Stefan met rock-climbing almost a decade ago, and since, this active couple have been confidently climbing the property ladder. As well as acquiring 2 beautiful kids, Melinda and Stefan have acquired a very healthy investment portfolio along the way.
In 2017, with several property purchases, advocated by several different brokers, behind them, Melinda and Stefan came across TMFG through a recommendation from a Development company. For Melinda, who spearheads most of the couple’s investment decisions, meeting a dynamic, female-driven group of Finance Brokers was a refreshing and inspiring step in their journey.
Melinda is a self-confessed finance geek, taking after her mother who steered her toward understanding finance at a very young age, (Go Mum!) so she’d certainly done her research before meeting with TMFG. But, what she got from TMFG that she didn’t get from other Finance Brokers in the past was ‘person-ability’, and transparency, and that’s a major plus for career investors.

With her vast knowledge in SMSF Belinda found them a rock solid SMSF Investment Loan that fit their requirements for their Townhouse purchase. TMFG Provided guidance and comprehensive finance advice through every step of the process, as this was their first SMSF loan. Melinda welcomed all the new knowledge as they waded through options, but admits Belinda had the hot tip from the get-go. The lender they ended up going with, after several others were looked into proficiently, was actually the one Belinda recommended after first assessing their needs. But that’s what a good broker does, patiently treads through every option until you’re entirely satisfied with the outcome.
And satisfied they were, their investment property was settled in December 2017, and their first tenant has already moved in. Rock!
