Thursday, Mortgage Professional Australia revealed the Elite Women’s list, the standout female leaders in the Australian mortgage industry for 2023. TM Finance Group is super proud to announce that company Director, Belinda Gibson has earned this title for yet another year, along with the previously announced ‘Elite Broker’ title announced earlier this week.
How are the Elite Women brokers chosen?
In May of this year, MPA invited industry professionals from across the country to nominate exceptional female leaders for its Elite Women 2023 list. There are clear guidelines for who can be nominated. For instance, nominees had to be working in a role that related to, interacted with, or in some way impacted the industry and should have demonstrated a clear passion for their work
Also noted in the nomination statements are standout professional achievements over the past 12 months, as well as initiatives and innovations, and contributions to the mortgage industry. After reviewing all eligible nominations, the list was narrowed down to a final 66 professionals that now wear the Elite Women badge of honour.
Belinda’s in great company with the other 65 women on the prestigious list, who share similar challenges across the mortgage industry and have responded with a unique solutions-driven approach, forging their mark, and helping to shape our incredible industry to what it is today.
