Kate Seeber, Lending Assistant
New to mortgage broking, but highly experienced in the finance and banking industry, Kate Seeber comes to TM Finance Group primed with a wealth of customer service expertise and a complete understanding in many aspects of finance.
Twenty-plus years in retail banking, under many hats, Kate has enriched her career by moving around Victoria with her husband and three children, transferring to different branches and embracing every new team or role with the same gusto she embraces life. Two hands in and with a smile.

Though her mortgage broking journey has officially only just begun, Kate’s trajectory in retail banking and finance has been a constant for two decades and she understands the industry inside and out, giving her a perennial understanding of what we do for our customers.
An incredibly positive and open-minded person, packed with patience, resilience and a real go-gettum attitude, Kate is a really valuable addition to our growing team.

Kate’s title is Lending Assistant at TM Finance Group this role reaches across the entire spectrum of lending and a great stepping-stone for Kate, who within time and the amazing support she’s getting from the rest of the tight TM Finance Group team, hopes to be a licensed broker within the year.
For now, Kate is the friendly voice on the phone supporting our customers on the path to owning their own homes. She will be giving you her best up front, while she works hard in the background to tie up loose ends, finalise documents and liaise with conveyancers and lenders on your behalf. Her experience in banking provides a confidence in these dealings that can’t be bought.
