Another Award for our humble office, and this time for our Director herself.
A little less than a month ago our Director, Belinda Gibson was awarded top spot for the category of ‘Best Customer Service by (Individual) at the 2019 Better Business Awards.
The Better Business Awards are one of the Industry’s premier events for state-based performance and we couldn’t be prouder to have been nominated, let alone win!
Belinda’s been in banking and finance for over 2 decades, and while she has sharpened her skills in all areas of finance over that time, something that seems as though it comes naturally to her, Customer Service, is also something she prides herself on. And our clients feel it from the first phone call to the follow up responses well after the contracts have been signed and the purchase has been finalised.
Belinda makes it her business to make sure every part of your experience with TMFG has been met with understanding, friendliness and most of all value––the cornerstone of customer service. And that’s why we’re not surprised she was recognised as the country’s best in this area.
In partnership with NAB, The Adviser Better Business Awards recognises individual and group excellence across 18 categories as well as individuals’ outstanding contribution to the broking industry. Belinda is a standout and her personal and transparent services are the special touches many of our clients are screaming out for during the sometimes stressful times of financial advancement. Especially in a time when the financial industry has been under such scrutiny.
